Returns/Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Product(s) that you purchased through our Website, you may return the Product(s) within thirty (30) days from the date that we deliver the applicable Product(s) for a full refund less the cost of return shipping, as further described in this paragraph.  Company will provide a refund for the cost of the Product(s) not including any shipping charges within thirty (30) days of our email to you confirming your refund. The Product(s) must have the product tag attached and must not be abused or damaged as determined in our sole discretion.  Follow these steps to return the Product(s) purchased through our Website within thirty (30) days of the date that we deliver the applicable Product(s):

  1. Contact us through the 'Contact us' page to initiate the return process and obtain authorization to submit the Product(s) for return.
  2. Please have the Product(s) shipped back to us, addressed to:

    **We recommend that you insure the package along with signature, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
  3. Pack the Product(s) in the original packaging or mail in a sturdy box to ensure the Product(s) will be returned without damage.
  4. Once the Product(s) are received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund.
  5. The Product(s) must be received by RolliePack within 30 days of the date that we delivered the Product(s). RolliePack is not responsible for recovering the Product(s) from you or any third-parties, including shippers, or any delays caused by you or any third-parties, including shippers, and you acknowledge and agree that if RolliePack does not receive the returned Product(s) within 30 days of the date that we delivered the Product(s), you will not be entitled to a refund.
